The effects of high ambient temperatures and elevated tank pressures on the recovery process are well known. As the temperature / pressure of the recovery cylinder increases, the speed of the recovery process decreases until it is finally halted by a high pressure shut down.
The CPS Pro-Set MT69 Submersible Sub-cooler provides the technician with a quick simple solution to mechanical subcooling and high tank pressure issues with any refrigerant or recovery unit. 1/4" flare Standard inlet fittings provide easy hook-up to your existing manifold hoses but changeable 3/8" flare inlet and outlet fittings can be purchased to meet your R-410a or other high flow refrigerant needs.
The CPS Pro-Set MT69 transforms high temperature high pressure vapor refrigerant into low temperature low pressure liquid refrigerant, condensation of refrigerant at this stage dramatically improves recovery speed and efficiency. The Pro-Set "Molecular Transformator" is a patent pending "Innovation in Design" from CPS, intended for use with all commercially available brands of refrigerant recovery equipment.
