This economical, lightweight, multi-purpose heat gun can be used to activate adhesives, bend plastics, dry parts, melt solder, and shrink packaging and tubing. It features two heat settings of 500°F and 1000°F, and low and high fan speeds (7 and 9 CFM, respectively). Its resettable thermostat protects the unit's heating element against overheating. Built-in hand guard protects hand and fingers. Recessed switch guards against knocks and bumps. Thermoplastic housing provides high-impact durability. 3-wire power cord is grounded for user safety. Built-in stand allows user to set heat gun down in a stable, upright position. UL and CL listed. Weighs just 1 lb. Available separately or as a kit with high-impact plastic storage case and four specialized nozzle attachments (7/8" air reducer attachment, shrink tubing attachment, 1-15/16" and 3-1/8" spreader attachments).
