- This non-refundable labor rate covers tear down and estimate of your tool
- Fill out the contact information at check-out completely so we may contact you at the time of estimate
- Send Century Tool & Equipment your tool with a copy of your invoice you receive at check-out
- Mark the outside of the package clearly with your Order number
- Please pack items carefully with at least 2 inches of padding on each side as we will not be held responsible for damaged goods at our dock
- After receiving your estimate for repair from Century Tool & Equipment, you decide whether we complete the repair of your tool, Or if you decide your tool is found to be "Beyond Economical Repair", your unrepairable tool can be shipped back to you at your cost
- Please DO NOT send equipment without an Order Number attached, it will be refused at our dock
Vacuum Pump Shipping Check List
- Drain all oil from sump before shipping
- Seal all inlet fittings with caps
- Wrap pump in a plastic bag
- Pad shipping carton with at least 2" of padding on all sides to protect pump
- Ship only one pump per carton to prevent damage

Service Repairs Warranty
The Century Tool & Equipment Limited Warranty provides that the repairs and service performed will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of original Service. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, the equipment serviced and service and parts identified on the original sales ticket.
Individual product warranty terms offered by manufacturers may vary from the Century Tool & Equipment 90 day limited warranty. If a part is subject to a specific manufacturer's warranty, repair or replacement will be made in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty. Labor, under these circumstances, will only be covered for 90 days, after that period all warranty claims are subject to normal labor rates.
This warranty does not apply to failures in service due to deliberate misuse, accident, neglect, alteration, or normal wear and tear. NOTE: No warranty will be provided on requested repairs that do not restore to sound operating condition the equipment being worked on. Century Tool & Equipment will only offer a warranty on repairs that we have recommended and/or requested by the customer that meets these criteria.
This warranty does not cover economic loss or additional expense including (without limitation): payment for loss of time or pay, inconvenience, storage, loss of equipment use income, loss of refrigerant, rental expense, shipping costs or other travel costs.
Century Tool & Equipment reserves the right to inspect and correct any work to which our posted warranty applies. Complete equipment service history records may be required to be submitted to the Warranty Claims department as part of the investigation process. Keep a copy of the sales ticket indicating the work that was done and showing that full payment for the service was made.
